  • Having a fixed abode with bills that are registered in your name will always go in your favour. After all would you think about lending cash to someone that didn’t have a fixed address, where you could chase them up if they didn’t repay you!?
  • Also bills, utility bills are key to being able to establish a little credibility. Make sure that you have at least a phone line that’s registered to the address where you are applying for loans at.
